4. Booking and Payment Terms

- 7-14 days before course: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
Company Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
- Minimum 14 days notice will be provided for cancellations
- Full refund or course transfer offered for company cancellations
- We are not liable for additional costs (travel, accommodation)
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Government restrictions or travel bans
- Terrorism or civil unrest
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- Labor strikes affecting transport or venues
6. Participant Responsibilities
Health and Safety

- Maintain appropriate travel insurance
- Follow safety instructions from guides and staff

Conduct
- Treat fellow participants, guides, and locals with respect
- Follow local laws and customs

Equipment and Preparation
