• Less than 7 days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances

Company Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Minimum 14 days notice will be provided for cancellations
• Full refund or course transfer offered for company cancellations
• We are not liable for additional costs (travel, accommodation)

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Government restrictions or travel bans
• Terrorism or civil unrest
• Pandemic or health emergencies

6. Participant Responsibilities

Conduct

• Treat fellow participants, guides, and locals with respect
• Follow local laws and customs

Equipment and Preparation
